Gabriella Sperduto

Gabriella Sperduto joined The Door in 2016 with a deep passion for the organization’s mission and has spent the majority of her tenure managing The Door’s institutional fundraising efforts. Due to her experience working closely with external stakeholders and driving agency-wide strategy, she transitioned into the Vice President role, through which she is responsible for shaping and executing the organization's policy initiatives, strategic planning, and advocacy efforts to maximize impact and ensure sustainable growth.

Prior to joining The Door, Gabriella worked as a paralegal in an immigration law firm, an administrative assistant in a cancer research and advertising firm, and spent 10 years in the hospitality industry. She received her dual BA in psychology and global studies from Hofstra University and grew up in Lower Manhattan.
