How to Join
Becoming a member is quick and easy–follow the steps below and you’ll be a part of The Door in no time.
Step 1: Check Eligibility
In order to be a member at The Door, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Have a valid ID

Fill out the Membership Request form below to tell us a little bit about yourself, and our staff will contact you to schedule a consultation.
Step 3: Meet With Us
Meet with our membership staff virtually or in person (your choice), and we’ll get you set up.
