The Door presents at the 2023 eClinicalWorks National Conference
Recently, staff from our Adolescent Health Center represented The Door at the 2023 eClinicalWorks National Conference in Nashville, TN. Tamara McDonald, Data and Evaluation Manager; Rosalind Smith, Behavioral Health Operations Manager; and Ellie Rogers, Health Center Quality Coordinator, attended various breakout sessions, connected with fellow health centers, and received hands-on training from eCW specialists.
Tamara presented how The Door’s Adolescent Health Center overcomes various barriers to increase ongoing engagement with our patients through healow. The team focused on product interoperability and skill-building which will better enable us to serve patients here at The Door.
Our Adolescent Health Center utilizes healow to connect virtually with patients by confidentially sharing patient documents, medical records and scheduling appointments. Learn more about our health center here.
