2023 Pride March

Pride Month is one of the busiest and most magical times at The Door. Throughout June, our community has shown up in solidarity with our own LGBTQIA+ young people and staff as well as the wider LGBTQIA+ community by hosting numerous activities and events, including a Door contingent at this year’s annual NYC Pride March.

Last week, The Door celebrated NYC Pride by participating in the 2023 Pride March. Big love and gratitude to all our youth members, staff, and supporters who showed up and marched to support and celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community at The Door and Broome Street Academy Charter High School. Thank you all for an amazing day together!
