Stacy Stewart, LMSW, oversees The Door’s Housing Department and Runaway/Homeless Youth (RHY) Services. With a background rooted in child welfare for over 15 years, Stacy made the shift to RHY in 2016 as a social worker in a Transitional Independent Living Program before coming to The Door’s RHY program as a supervisor. Stacy received her BA in social work from Gannon University and her MA in social work from SUNY at Stony Brook. Stacy is also Seminar Training in Field Instruction (SIFI)-certified from New York University Silver School of Social Work. One of many words Stacy would use to describe The Door is…COMMUNITY!
