Renee McConey oversees the Adolescent Health Center and Counseling Center at The Door. Renee has over 25 years of experience in health care operations, compliance, risk management, and consulting. Prior to joining The Door, she served in senior management positions at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, as well as leadership positions with Public Health Solutions Women’s Health Centers and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Renee also served as a health care consultant and professional trainer. She has an MS in health care management from The New School Milano Graduate Program of Management and Urban Policy, and BA from Stony Brook University. She is an advocate for reproductive justice and health equity and strives to ensure all adolescents and young adults have full access to high-quality medical and mental health services at The Door.
