Perry Guilianti oversees all physical aspects of The Door`s properties in Manhattan and the Bronx. Perry is also in charge of security, front desk operations, construction and renovation management, and utilization and management of capital funds. Perry has led The Door`s expansion to the Bronx and has initiated, organized, and managed many large construction projects for The Door. Some projects under his purview were the construction of the gymnasium, the complete remodel of the Adolescent Health Center, the creation of Broome Street Academy`s Science Wing, as well as the installation of the life safety systems, HVAC systems, and a new roof for the Manhattan Youth Center. Prior to joining The Door, Perry was Director of Operations at Sony Music Entertainment and was responsible for building recording studios used by many famous artists, including Beyoncé and Michael Jackson.
