Managing Director, Human Resources
Natasha Monchery oversees The Door’s Human Resources (HR) department in support of the mission and overall strategy, with a focus on staff and organizational effectiveness and workplace culture. Working at the intersection of strategy, people, and culture to drive performance and growth, Natasha serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, bringing deep expertise in employee and labor relations to The Door.
Born and raised in St. Lucia, Natasha is fluent in French Creole. She holds an MS in Human Resources-Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College, and a BS degree in Hospitality Management. A mentor to college students and HR professionals, Natasha is passionate about education as a human right.
She lives with her husband, Erik, in New Jersey. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys traveling, food, music, and time with family.
