Ted Caine

Chief of Staff Ted Caine is the lead administrator at The Door. In this role, Ted works directly with the CEO to manage and collaborate with the Executive and Senior Teams and further agency strategy. Ted also serves as the liaison to The Door Board of Directors. Previously, Ted worked as Managing Director of Administration and Special Projects at GMHC, the world’s first HIV/AIDS non-profit, and as Chief Compliance Officer and General Manager at Caine Mitter & Associates Incorporated, a financial advisory firm focusing on low-income and affordable housing. Ted started his career as the Executive Director of a NYC-based non-profit theater company, and as a yoga instructor and teacher training facilitator. Ted graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a focus in Economics.
