Jon Haseltine brings a creative and compassionate approach to leadership—one that balances strength-based, people-oriented strategic management and tactical execution. As CCOO, Jon oversees Compliance, Data, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing and Communications. He loves supporting The Door’s highly attuned, wraparound model that helps empower young people to reach their potential. Previously, Jon worked as COO at the David Lynch Foundation, Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Planning at Year Up, Director of Insight and Analytics at Get Schooled Foundation, Senior Manager at American Express, Presidential Management Fellow at U.S. Treasury, LCSW at Lahey Health Behavioral Sciences, and Volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps. Jon received his BA and MSW from University of New Hampshire, his MBA from Northeastern University, and has completed Executive Programs at Georgetown University and Columbia University.
